We help evaluate materials — accompanying you to slab yards and showrooms when useful — and then draw the installation: layouts, cut placements, niche and border positions, pattern directions. On natural stone, we dry-lay the field and photograph it for your approval.

This is the stage that separates a considered installation from a competent one. You approve every controlling line before a single tile is cut.

Preparation is never skipped: flattening, waterproofing, membranes, and flood tests happen in full and are documented before they're covered. You'll hear from us daily on progress and what's next.

We inspect it together, and we stand behind it in writing.

When the work is done, we walk every surface with you — checking alignment, grout, sealant, and edges against the drawings you approved. Anything that doesn't meet the standard gets corrected before we call it finished.

You receive care guidance for your specific materials and our workmanship warranty in writing. If something we set ever fails to hold our standard, we come back.
