Book-matched & vein-matched layouts
Slabs and large-format stone sequenced so veining flows across walls, floors, and features as one composition.
Services
Marble, limestone, travertine, and quartzite — hand-selected, dry-laid, and set to honor the veining of every piece.
The Craft
Natural stone forgives nothing. Every slab and every tile is unique, which is why we dry-lay stone installations before setting them — arranging veining and tone across the whole field so the finished surface reads as one composition rather than a random scatter. On book-matched work, we sequence pieces from the quarry lot and confirm the layout with you before a single piece is fixed.
Stone also demands the right technique underneath: white thinsets that won't shadow through pale marble, membranes that isolate cracks in the substrate, and sealing matched to the stone's porosity. We've spent years learning what each material needs, and it shows in how our installations age.
